Which is better when deeding a timeshare purchase? Joint Tenants or Tenants in common for our 3 children ?
We have their names as joint owners at time of purchase and now have it paid off. Confused over the right of survivorship, we want to be able to leave it equally to our kids and it looks like if one of our children dies, their heirs loses out. Will the last one living get it all? Tenants in common looks more promising, but does this put it in probate court when one owner dies?

You will always be better off renting a 3 bedroom condo for your vacation – always.

The selling price is $1, if they take over the fees – that’s desperation.
Ask anyone that has a timeshare – anyone – it’s a nightmare.
Please don’t do this – every single timeshare owner regrets it.
Spend your money at the Ritz Carlton on a 3 bedroom suite – you’ll come out ahead.
