We've purchased, renovated, maintained and managed properties, giving us firsthand experience with the challenges homeowners, landlords and investors face.
That experience allows us to look at a property from more than one perspective- from the real estate side to the construction and maintenance side.

Cory Harrington
Cory is was born in California with big dreams of becoming an investor and creating his own financial freedom. After a few years of gathering experience in stock investing he chose to take the leap and move to Texas to start investing full time in single family residential properties. Since 2008 we have been actively investing in the San Antonio, TX market.

House Buyers Direct has been in business since 2008, and we've been able to help countless homeowners sell their property quickly and fairly thanks to our expert team. Our family-owned business with a woman as head and a veteran-owned history is dedicated to ensuring our customers receive the very best service when it comes to buying single family homes.

Angel Harrington
Angel comes from a military family. After living in Germany for a few years as a child her family was station in California where her parents retired. After graduating from high school she met Cory and moved to Los Angeles. Working full-time for a few different banks and wireless carriers she also decided to take the leap into full-time real estate investing. In 2008 she decided to make the big move with Cory to create a life and plan for retirement in San Antonio, TX.

Tristen is a full time student and is currently responsible for property maintenance and handyman services on all our properties.
